Full detail, inside and out
The lot, in one go. This is the one most people book.
- Snow foam pre-wash, then a safe two-bucket contact wash
- Wheels, arches and tyres cleaned back and dressed
- Paint decontaminated and clay barred, then protected with wax or sealant
- Interior vacuumed, mats out, seats and carpets steam cleaned
- Dash, console, vents, door cards and jambs
- Engine bay cleaned and dressed
- All glass, inside and out
Ceramic coating
A hard protective layer bonded to the paint. Dirt and water sheet straight off, washing gets easier, and the colour keeps its depth for years instead of months.
- Full decontamination and paint correction first, a coating locks in whatever is under it
- CarPro CQuartz UK 3.0, applied by hand, panel by panel
- Wheels and glass can be coated too
- Aftercare talked through so it actually lasts
General clean
The regular one. Keeps a car that gets looked after looking like it.
- Snow foam pre-wash so the grit comes off before anything touches the paint
- Two-bucket contact wash, clean mitt
- Wheels and tyres cleaned and dressed
- Dried properly with a plush towel, this is where swirls come from
- Windows and mirrors
- Interior tidy, vacuum, dash and console wiped down
Interior detail
Everything you actually touch, done the slow way.
- Mats out and cleaned separately, the carpet underneath is where the smell lives
- Carpets worked properly, not shaken and put back
- Cloth seats shampooed and extracted; leather cleaned and conditioned
- Dash, console, vents, buttons and door cards
- Door jambs and sills, the bit everyone misses
- Glass cleaned inside, where the film builds up
- Deodorised at the source, not perfumed over the top
Paint decontamination and clay bar
What a wash leaves behind. Do the bag test, if it feels gritty, it needs this.
- Iron fallout remover for embedded brake dust and rail dust
- Tar and tree sap dissolved off, not scrubbed
- Clay bar over every panel until the paint is glass-smooth
- Has to happen before any wax, sealant or coating will bond properly
- Darker cars can show some marring or swirling afterwards and may need correction, every car and colour is different
Pre-sale detail
Selling it? A proper detail is the cheapest thing you can do to the price.
- Full inside and out, finished for photos
- Engine bay tidied and dressed
- Headlights restored if they have gone cloudy, it ages a car more than anything
- Wheels and tyres dressed
- Glass streak-free so the listing photos come up clean
Car fault diagnostics
Paying $150 to know what the problem is beats guessing and buying three parts to find out.
What I do
- Diagnose fault codes, all makes and models
- Bidirectional scanner, it talks back to the car and commands components, not just reads from it. That is how you prove which part has actually failed
- Pinpoint the fault, not just the warning light
- A written report sent to you afterwards, yours to take to whoever does the work
Includes travel, the diagnostic work and the written report. One flat price.
What I don't do: key programming and module programming. If that's what your car needs, I'll tell you straight so you're not paying me to find out.
